ElevAte Living continues to elevate lives by addressing the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of recovery – building a foundation for healing, stability, and long-term transformation.
ElevAte Living is a transformational recovery-oriented housing model designed to support individuals in early and sustained recovery through a structured, values-based environment. The program integrates physical, mental, and spiritual health as foundational pillars, recognizing that long-term recovery requires holistic care, accountability, and purpose-driven living. ElevAte Living opened its first recovery house — The Dover House — on February 1, 2026.
The program will serve participants committed to recovery, personal growth, and reintegration into society while emphasizing community, nutrition, movement, identification, and spiritual alignment as core recovery tools.
To provide a safe, structured, and supportive sober living environment that empowers program participants to rebuild their lives through holistic wellness, accountability, and spiritual grounding.
To redefine transformational housing by fostering recovery homes that feel dignified, purpose-driven, and rooted in lasting transformation — helping program participants become healthy, self-sufficient members of their communities.

B3 IS COMING TO CANADA: ElevAte Living Announces Collaboration to Implement the BELIEVE. BEHAVE. BECOME.™ Framework
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CALGARY, ALBERTA — ElevAte Living is proud to announce a new collaboration with Jeffrey Vickers, creator of the BELIEVE. BEHAVE. BECOME.™ Framework and author of Believe. Behave. Become., to introduce the B3 Framework within ElevAte Living programming beginning in January 2027.
This collaboration will bring B3 ’s structured, identity-based approach to personal transformation and sustained recovery into the ElevAte Living recovery community in Calgary, Alberta.
The BELIEVE. BEHAVE. BECOME.™ Framework is built upon a simple but powerful principle: People behave in alignment with who they believe they are.
While many recovery systems understandably focus on helping individuals stop destructive behaviours, B3 invites participants to explore an equally important question:
“Who am I becoming—and what would that person believe and do?”
Through its three interconnected stages—BELIEVE. BEHAVE. BECOME.—the framework helps participants examine the beliefs, personal narratives and patterns shaping their lives; practice behaviours aligned with a healthier identity; and, build the evidence, confidence and recovery capital needed to sustain meaningful change.
Beginning in January 2027, ElevAte Living will implement the structured 10-week B3 curriculum within its recovery-oriented, holistic transformational housing program. Sessions may incorporate facilitated group discussion, guided reflection, participant workbook exercises, identity exploration, practical action challenges, accountability practices and recovery-capital development activities.
A Natural Alignment
The B3 Framework closely aligns with ElevAte Living’s belief that recovery is more than abstinence or the removal of harmful behaviours. It is an ongoing process of rebuilding identity, health, relationships, purpose, community connection and an entire way of living.
Both approaches emphasize:
• Personal responsibility and accountability
• Identity development and transformation
• Healthy habits and intentional decision-making
• Emotional awareness and regulation
• Supportive relationships and community connection
• Hope, purpose and future orientation
• The development of internal and external recovery capital
“Recovery asks us to do far more than stop using,” says Alexandra Talbot, Founder and Executive Director of ElevAte Living. “It asks us to become someone capable of building and sustaining a different life. B3 puts practical language and structure around the identity work already at the heart of our programming: examining what we believe, aligning our behaviour with the person we choose to be and intentionally creating a life that reflects who we are becoming.”
BELIEVE. BEHAVE. BECOME.™
BELIEVE.
Strengthen the identity, beliefs and personal narratives that support the life you want to create.
BEHAVE.
Practise the actions, habits and decisions that align with that identity.
BECOME.
Build evidence, confidence, recovery capital and a life that increasingly reflects the person you have chosen to become.
B3 is not a clinical treatment model and does not prescribe a single pathway of recovery. It is designed to complement clinical services, peer support, recovery housing and multiple pathways of recovery by providing an adaptable structure for identity development and sustained personal transformation.
Through this collaboration, ElevAte Living will adapt the delivery of B3 to the needs, experiences and culture of its recovery community while maintaining the integrity of the framework. The shared goal is to strengthen participants’ self-awareness, hope, personal agency, accountability and confidence in their ability to create lasting change.
“This is not about telling people who they should become,” Alexandra adds. “It is about helping them recognize that their past does not have to remain their identity—and giving them the tools, support and community to begin becoming the person they know they are capable of being.”
The first ElevAte Living B3 cohort is scheduled to begin in January 2027.
